Isis Fields

Isis Fields is an Oakland native that was earnest to answer the call to be a healthcare provider. Her experience of being brought up as a kid amongst an artistic community, showed her that gratitude, resilience and light are key messages that will stand to unify People of Color. This has been the driving force for her excavation towards cultivating the capacity for healing.

She began her journey at San Francisco State University (SFSU), where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Health Education. During her time there, she volunteered at SF General hospital in tandem with interning at University of California (UCSF) Benioff Children's Hospital, in Oakland.

Isis graduated from National Holistic Institute in 2022, where she earned her Certification in Massage Therapy. As a practicing CMT, she believes that a nurturing therapeutic touch can give our bodies permission to release stored emotion and to promote the innate ability to heal.

Offering exceptional and specialized care for women, within her practice, she listens and responds with the intention to promote a deeper capacity for restorative healing. As a bodyworker she holds space for clients through combining her training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, and Lymphatic Drainage.

Isis is passionate about helping people connect to resources that promote the journey to self-care. Her interest in alternative medicine and restorative nutrition fuels her spirit to heal others physically, mentally and spiritually.

Her family-owned seasoning salt business, “Sam Salt” supports her love for cooking with fresh veggies, and encourages mindful consumption for everyone who wants to eat healthier food without sacrificing flavor.
