Leticia Vaca is a Therapist, Speaker, and Owner of Urban Health Group LLC. Urban Health Group (UHG) is a boutique-style, concierge for healthcare navigation and mental health support. We empower Black, Indigencious, People of Color ( B.I.P.O.C.) with tools and support to effectively navigate their health and mental health needs for better wellness.

She is a Trauma Therapist, trained as a Medical Social Worker, and has aligned her healthcare experience and therapeutic knowledge to assist B.I.P.O.C. navigating the complex healthcare and behavioral health maze.

Leticia has 15 years experience in the field of health, but her personal experience of loss informs her gentle approach.  She believes with the right tools and support you can be empowered to make the best choices for both your health and mental health needs.

Additionally, she is the Co-Founder of Urban Catalyst Psychotherapy, a multicultural group practice.

Leticia finds joy in love playing and chasing after her bull terrier puppy “Slick Rick”, dancing to live music, cooking, and laughing with friends and family.
