Herbs and Teas For The Immune System

Autumn Is Officially Here.

As we emotionally, spiritually, and physically transition into this new season, we are being called to give our bodies all of the support that we can. This time of year asks us to prepare for the transition into winter. We’re being asked to go within. To check on our bodies, check on our hearts. Have we been honoring their needs? And if not, how can we make time for all of the aspects of ourselves that need our attention. Teas are an easy and simple way to maintain your health and support the immune system.
